Open Audio ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by Young Future Tech, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and streaming services.

• Personal Information: Name, email address, and profile picture provided during account creation or sign-in (e.g. via Google Sign-In or Email authentication).
• Usage & Preference Data: Listening history, saved playlists, liked tracks, custom downloads, and audio player preferences used to personalize your music experience.
• Device & Diagnostic Data: IP address, operating system version, device model, and crash logs to ensure app performance and service security.
• Guest Mode: If you use Open Audio as a guest without creating an account, no personal identifying information is stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly utilized for the following operational purposes:

• To provide audio playback, stream music content, and manage user queues.
• To personalize track recommendations and music discovery features.
• To maintain account security and prevent unauthorized access.
• To process user support requests and deliver critical service updates.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertisers. We share data only with reliable cloud service infrastructure required to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication and database security.
• Cloudflare R2 & D1: Secure media content delivery and database storage.
• Algolia: In-app search index resolution.

5. Data Security

We enforce industry-standard security protections including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, secure token authentication, and restricted database access control to protect your information.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your personal data:

• You may update or view your account information directly within the app settings.
• Account & Data Deletion: You can request full account and data deletion at any time by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account inside the Open Audio app, or by emailing our support team at support@youngfuturetech.com. Upon receipt, all user records and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our databases.

7. Children's Privacy

Open Audio is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can immediately remove the information.
