Is Creator Studio free?
Yes! OpenAudio Creator Studio is 100% free forever. Unlimited uploads, advanced analytics, and all features are available at no cost.
For Listeners
How do I search for music?
Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by track title, artist name, or genre. You can also browse trending tracks and new releases.
Can I download tracks?
Yes! Click the download button on any track to save it to your device. Downloads are free and unlimited.
Do I need an account to use OpenAudio?
Yes, an account is required to access OpenAudio. You'll need to sign up to browse music, listen to tracks, download content, and access all platform features. Creating an account is free and takes just a few moments.
How do I create playlists?
Playlist creation is coming soon! For now, you can like tracks to save them for later.
Is the service really free?
Yes, OpenAudio is 100% free forever. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, no premium tiers. Everything is free for both creators and listeners.
Account & Privacy
How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign In' in the top navigation, then select 'Sign Up' or 'Create Account'. Enter your email address, create a password, and provide your name. Once verified, you'll have full access to OpenAudio.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Sign In', then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Contact openaudio@youngfuturetech.com with your account email and request account deletion. We'll process your request within 7 business days.
What data do you collect?
We collect your name, email, profile information, and usage data including listening history and preferences. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Do you sell my data?
No, we never sell your personal data. We only share data with necessary service providers to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I export my data?
Creators can export their analytics data directly from Creator Studio. For other data exports, contact openaudio@youngfuturetech.com.
Technical Support
The audio won't play
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or trying a different browser. Make sure your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, contact support.
Upload is stuck or failed
Check your internet connection and file size (max 100MB per track). Try uploading again. If it continues to fail, contact support with the track details.
I'm seeing an error message
Note the exact error message and when it occurred. Contact openaudio@youngfuturetech.com with these details and we'll help resolve it.
